Returning a product
The return process of products purchased is simple and convenient.

You can return any product you've purchased in our Online Store within 15 working days from the delivery date; proceed as follows:
Make sure that the products are in the same conditions in which you received them (product fully intact with all tags still attached)
Prepare the package in the box you've received (or in a box with the same sturdiness and size), concealing the information of the first shipment
Schedule the pick up of your package within 15 working days from the delivery date
Contact the Courrier to arrange a suitable date and address: our courier will pick up the package wherever you wish.
You will receive a reimbursement which will include both the cost of the products returned and the expenses of the order delivery (Standard delivery).
If you prefer, you can choose a different carrier than GLS. If you chose to do so, the expenses for returning the products and any possible thefts or losses will be your responsibility.
You will receive a confirmation email when we accept the returned product(s) within 5 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouses.
Please be reminded that we can only reimburse products that are returned correctly. If the product(s) you've returned does not satisfy the above listed conditions, we will not be able to reimburse you and the order will be shipped to you again. You can check the status of the returned product(s) with the number of the shipment GLS.
Moreover, we remind you that:
We cannot at present offer product replacements
You can ship the returned product(s) only from the Country in which you have made the order
You cannot return personalised products with your name or logo in compliance with your specifications.

Refunds
When our warehouse has received the product(s) you've returned and has checked that all the conditions have been met, it will send you a confirmation email that the returned product(s) has been accepted. 

The time of the reimbursement depends on the payment method used to make the order:
Purchase with credit card: the value date depends on the institute that has issued the credit card; it is usually credited within two bank statements.
We assure you that the currency date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees
Purchase with PayPal: The refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive your confirmation e-mail.
