    To enjoy them as if they were freshly made, simply heat them on a hot griddle or non-stick pan until the product becomes fragrant again (about 2 minutes).
    Piadina Romagnola PGI with extra virgin olive oil: for those who don't want to give up the typical Romagna dish par excellence, in a lighter variant. Excellent stuffed with speck and grilled vegetables or mushrooms.

    Ingredients

    '00' type soft wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil 6.5%, whole sea salt, leavening agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, corn starch).
    Warnings: May contain soy and mustard.

    Conservation

    Our piadinas are handcrafted according to orders, so you will always receive them fresh, packaged in a protective atmosphere. To be consumed by the date indicated on the package (20 days from the production date). Once the package has been opened, store in the refrigerator at +4° to +8° C. To extend the shelf life, they can be frozen.
