The visual imperfections, which our customers love very much, are due to the fact that the piadinas are worked, rolled and cooked by hand, one by one, as tradition dictates. All our piadinas are prepared according to orders, you will always receive them fresh and freshly produced.

    To enjoy them as if they were freshly made, simply heat them on a hot griddle or non-stick pan until the product becomes fragrant again (about 2 minutes).
    Piadina with Sangiovese, accompanied with a selection of cured meats, further enhances the flavours, creating a delicious combination.


    Type 00 soft wheat flour (Italy), Sangiovese 22% (Italy) (sulphites), lard, salt, leavening agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, corn starch).
    Warnings: May contain soy and mustard.


    Our piadinas are handcrafted according to orders, so you will always receive them fresh, packaged in a protective atmosphere. To be consumed by the date indicated on the package (20 days from the production date). Once the package has been opened, store in the refrigerator at +4° to +8° C. To extend the shelf life, they can be frozen.
